The mindset group will meet once a week for 4 weeks. During each 60 minute session, the group will explore connections between health and personal goal setting.
Group Goal
To promote participants to "Dream Again" as they call forward, center and embrace caring for both their physical and emotional selves.
During our time together we will explore the ways life on autopilot harms us and prevents us from living fullfilling lives!
